If the error is too large or even if an alarm is generated, it is necessary to check the servo motor to observe whether its speed is too high. The second factor is that the machine tool in the operation of the overshoot will also affect the machining accuracy, it may be because the acceleration and deceleration time is too short, the appropriate extension of the change time, of course, it is also very likely because the screw and servo motor link loose. The third factor is that the roundness of the two-axis linkage is out of tolerance, the mechanical failure to adjust the axial deformation of the circle, the incorrect compensation of the lead screw clearance of the shaft or the deviation of the shaft positioning may affect the accuracy of the precision parts.
